Yes to Charter Change: Annual Returns ng Pagbabago

Nasa 800 BILLION to 1 TRILLION PESOS ang potential ANNUAL RETURNS ng Constitutional Reforms or CHARTER CHANGE.

Ang sinasabi na maaring gastos for having a CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION is around 11-15B PESOS one time cost or expense.

THE BENEFIT OUTWEIGHS the COST by 789 BILLION PESOS or MORE.
The REALITY is that CHARTER CHANGE or CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS is not an EXPENSE but an INVESTMENT, a VERY GOOD INVESTMENT with a VERY HIGH POTENTIAL RETURNS.

Tingnan na lang natin sa dalawang aspeto. Ito ang sa FDIs or FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENTS at sa COST of CORRUPTION.

1. FDIs or FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENTS
https://www.macrotrends.net/.../foreign-direct-investment....
Ang ANNUAL AVERAGE ng PILIPINAS is around US$8Billion of FDIs entering the country.
If we REMOVE ALL ECONOMIC PROVISIONS in the CONSTITUTION, the FDIs is projected to maybe double or triple.
That is around US$8Billion more on FDIs or PHP448Billion entering the Philippine Economy in the form of JOBS and capital INVESTMENTS and business expenditures benefiting the common workforce, the MSMEs, and the local businesses as a whole.
Add to that the intangible benefit of TECHNOLOGY and SKILLS TRANSFER to the labor force.

2. SAVINGS on CORRUPTION Costs
https://news.abs-cbn.com/.../p700-billion-lost-yearly-due...
The Philippines is losing around P700 billion, or around 20 percent of the country's total budget appropriation, yearly, due to corruption, an official said.
If we SHIFT to FEDERAL PARLIAMENTARY, and if we can hopefully reduce CORRUPTION by 50%, that is a SAVINGS of PHP350Billion every year.

3. Kahit pa we will use a VERY CONSERVATIVE ESTIMATE.

For FDIs (increase of just 10%)
448B pesos * .1 = 44.8Billion Pesos

For Corruption(down by 10%)
700B pesos * .1 = 70Billion Pesos

For a total of 115Billion Pesos.

Dito sa dalawang aspeto, kitang kita na natin na ang laki ng BENEFITS if we do CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS as soon as possible.

Maliit na maliit lang ang ating INVESTMENT of 11B at kahit na DOBLEHEN pa to 22B pesos
as compared to Potential RETURN of 800 Billion or 115Billion Pesos conservatively.

Wala pa diyan ang other benefits like
  1. Improved standards of living for the people.
  2. Improved quality of goods and services
  3. Improved efficiency and effectiveness of the government system
It really just makes GOOD BUSINESS SENSE to do CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS or CHARTER CHANGE.

This just proves the POINT that COST should never be an ISSUE for doing Constitutional Reforms because the benefit is just too high to ignore. It would just be IDIOTIC to ignore this REALITY.

With this crude and basic analysis, pwede pa natin pagsabayin ang Constitutional Convention(CON-CON) at ang Constituent Assembly(CON-ASS) to ensure that we will have COMPLETE and FAST DELIVERY of the NEEDED CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS.

Yes to Charter Change: Open Market or Economic Liberation

OPEN MARKET ECONOMY or ECONOMIC LIBERALIZATION?

ARTICLES 12, 14, & 16 - National Economy and Patrimony , Education, Mass Media
DELETE/REMOVE ALL THE ECONOMIC PROVISIONS AND RESTRICTIONS in the CONSTITUTION.

Ito ang mga articles of the 1987 Constitution ang PINAKADAHILAN na SANHI ng KAHIRAPAN sa
PILIPINAS,

2. KAWALAN ng TRABAHO, MABABANG SWELDO
3. MABABANG quality ng serbisyo sa INTERNET,
4. MAHAL at putol2x na supply sa KURYENTE,
5. WALANG AYOS na PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
6. PAGHIHIKAHOS ng mga MAGSASAKA

DELETE/REMOVE ALL THESE ARTICLES OF ECONOMIC PROVISIONS AND RESTRICTIONS in the CONSTITUTION.

Put them in NORMAL LEGISLATION by the PARLIAMENT preferably the REGIONAL PARLIAMENTS.

And SHIFT TO FEDERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM and COUNCIL MANAGER SYSTEM at the LOCAL LEVEL.

We support Senator ROBIN PADILLA and REPRESENTATIVE RUFUS RODRIGUEZ and their committee on CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS.

We support our OFW Champion, Mr ORION PEREZ DUMDUM of the CoRRECT Movement , Professor Tony Abad, NSA Professor CLARITA CARLOS, and Atty Demosthenes Donato and Professor Malou Tiquia.

Kailangan natin ang dalawang moda na CON-CON and CON-ASS for SHORT and LONG TERM CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS.

PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM:

Competition among political parties and blocs ensures that the public ends up with better parties, higher quality politicians, competent leaders, and the direct competition between Opposition Shadow Cabinet versus Government Cabinet means greater scrutiny of decision-making & budget concerns, thus drastically reducing/minimizing corruption and influence peddling.

EVOLVING FEDERALISM:
Competition among regions ensures that regions try to outdo each other in attracting investors, coming up with better policies, streamlining their bureaucracies, improving their infrastructure, etc.

ECONOMIC LIBERALIZATION:
Competition among corporations and companies creates more jobs, increases wages for employees, and creates better goods and services for consumers/clients/customers.
