Yes to charter change: open market or economic liberation

OPEN MARKET ECONOMY or ECONOMIC LIBERALIZATION?

ARTICLES 12, 14, & 16 - National Economy and Patrimony , Education, Mass Media
DELETE/REMOVE ALL THE ECONOMIC PROVISIONS AND RESTRICTIONS in the CONSTITUTION.

Ito ang mga articles of the 1987 Constitution ang PINAKADAHILAN na SANHI ng KAHIRAPAN sa
PILIPINAS,

2. KAWALAN ng TRABAHO, MABABANG SWELDO
3. MABABANG quality ng serbisyo sa INTERNET,
4. MAHAL at putol2x na supply sa KURYENTE,
5. WALANG AYOS na PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
6. PAGHIHIKAHOS ng mga MAGSASAKA

DELETE/REMOVE ALL THESE ARTICLES OF ECONOMIC PROVISIONS AND RESTRICTIONS in the CONSTITUTION.

Put them in NORMAL LEGISLATION by the PARLIAMENT preferably the REGIONAL PARLIAMENTS.

And SHIFT TO FEDERAL PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM and COUNCIL MANAGER SYSTEM at the LOCAL LEVEL.

We support Senator ROBIN PADILLA and REPRESENTATIVE RUFUS RODRIGUEZ and their committee on CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS.

We support our OFW Champion, Mr ORION PEREZ DUMDUM of the CoRRECT Movement , Professor Tony Abad, NSA Professor CLARITA CARLOS, and Atty Demosthenes Donato and Professor Malou Tiquia.

Kailangan natin ang dalawang moda na CON-CON and CON-ASS for SHORT and LONG TERM CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS.

PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM:

Competition among political parties and blocs ensures that the public ends up with better parties, higher quality politicians, competent leaders, and the direct competition between Opposition Shadow Cabinet versus Government Cabinet means greater scrutiny of decision-making & budget concerns, thus drastically reducing/minimizing corruption and influence peddling.

EVOLVING FEDERALISM:
Competition among regions ensures that regions try to outdo each other in attracting investors, coming up with better policies, streamlining their bureaucracies, improving their infrastructure, etc.

ECONOMIC LIBERALIZATION:
Competition among corporations and companies creates more jobs, increases wages for employees, and creates better goods and services for consumers/clients/customers.

Big failures of EDSA revolution

The EDSA People Power Revolution of 1986 was a peaceful mass demonstration in the Philippines that resulted in the downfall of President Ferdinand Marcos and the rise of Corazon Aquino as President. However, the revolution failed to bring about significant changes in the country's political and economic systems.

One reason for the failure of the EDSA People Power Revolution was the lack of a clear plan for post-revolutionary governance. The Aquino administration had difficulty maintaining unity among the diverse groups that had participated in the revolution, and there was a lack of consensus on what the new government should do.

Another reason for the failure of the EDSA People Power Revolution was the lack of political will to implement real change. Many members of the Aquino administration were former Marcos supporters, and they were not committed to fundamentally changing the systems of corruption and patronage that had been in place under Marcos.

Additionally, the failure of the EDSA People Power Revolution was a result of the lack of effective leadership. The Aquino administration was plagued by infighting, political maneuvering, and a lack of decisive action, which hindered its ability to effectively govern the country.

Overall, the EDSA People Power Revolution of 1986 was a momentous event in Philippine history, but it ultimately failed to bring about the lasting change that many Filipinos had hoped for.

Recruiter officially

Today, this will be the day where I am officially onboarding for a new role as a recruitment officer where I will be using Spanish language as the main communication method. I will be assisting clients and companies on their applications like I did for over two years in the education campaign in the year 2017.

Using Spanish language other than English will not only double but triple your earnings here in the Philippines. So if you know how to speak Spanish or any other international language, make darn sure to use it for your advantage. That advantage is officially starts today for my career.

A session of learning in 2018

In case you're new to this, here are some tips to help you learn Spanish:

Immerse yourself: Try to immerse yourself in the Spanish language as much as possible. This could mean speaking Spanish with native speakers, watching Spanish TV shows and movies, or reading Spanish books.

Practice regularly: Make a habit of practicing Spanish regularly, such as speaking with a tutor or language exchange partner, or completing online exercises.

Use language learning apps: Take advantage of language learning apps and software, such as Duolingo, Babbel, or Rosetta Stone.

Learn vocabulary and grammar: Focus on learning the most common vocabulary words and grammar structures first, then build upon that foundation.

Practice speaking: Find opportunities to practice speaking Spanish, such as joining a language club or speaking with native Spanish speakers.

Stay motivated: Set goals for yourself and track your progress, and reward yourself for accomplishments along the way.

Learn about the culture: Understanding Spanish culture and customs can also enhance your language learning experience.

Be patient: Learning a new language takes time, so be patient and don't get discouraged.

The above tips apply to other languages as well like French, Arabic, Russian, etc. By following these tips and practicing regularly, you can improve your language skills and achieve your language learning goals. If you like, you can send me a message so I can help you as well.

Let's change the constitution

The Philippines has a presidential, unitary, and constitutional republic with a multi-party system. The 1987 Philippine Constitution, the country's current constitution, can be amended through a process called "Constitutional amendment" or "Charter change" (Cha-cha). The process of amending the constitution involves several steps, including proposal, deliberation, and ratification.

The Constitution can be amended by Congress through a vote of three-fourths of all its members, or through a Constitutional Convention called for the purpose, or through people's initiative. The proposed changes must also be ratified by a majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite. The process of amending the constitution is often a contentious issue in the Philippines, with different political groups having varying opinions on the need and the specifics of any proposed changes.

It is long overdue to change the constitution which put the country in its status quo. It is high time to reform. If not now, when? That's the question.

Benefits of reforming the 1987 constitution of the Philippines

  1. Improved governance: A reformed constitution would provide a clearer and more efficient system of governance, ensuring that public officials are held accountable for their actions and that the rights of citizens are protected.
  2. Economic growth: A reformed constitution would help to create a more stable and predictable economic environment, encouraging investment and promoting economic growth.
  3. Better representation: A reformed constitution would ensure that all citizens are represented in government and that their voices are heard in the political process.
  4. Increased autonomy: A reformed constitution would give more power to local governments, allowing them to make decisions that are best for their communities.
  5. Improved social services: A reformed constitution would provide for better access to education, healthcare, and other social services for all citizens, regardless of their socioeconomic status.
  6. Enhanced human rights: A reformed constitution would ensure that the rights of all citizens, including minority groups, are protected and upheld.
  7. Greater accountability: A reformed constitution would make it easier for citizens to hold public officials accountable for their actions and to hold them to account if they fail to perform their duties.
  8. More efficient government: A reformed constitution would make the government more efficient by streamlining bureaucratic processes and reducing red tape.
  9. Stronger democracy: A reformed constitution would help to strengthen democracy by ensuring that citizens have a greater say in how their government operates.
  10. Improved foreign relations: A reformed constitution would help to improve relations with other countries by providing a stable and predictable political environment.

Only the stupid groups like the Makabayan bloc, fake economist Winnie Monsod among others are against constitution reform. Their solution is "vote wisely" which did not work for over 36 years now.

My sugar diet ends today

Actually I started this diet during the last days of January 2023 and that's great! I feel great. By removing added sugars from my diet can have many health benefits, including weight loss, improved heart health, and a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes. I was recently diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis so it is important to stay healthy. So it's very important to remember also that sugar is often hidden in many packaged foods, make sure to read labels and be aware of the different names for sugar, such as high fructose corn syrup, glucose, and dextrose. Additionally, it can be helpful to focus on eating whole foods, such as fruits and vegetables, that are naturally low in sugar.
Matcha drink but no sugar.
Living a life without sugar can be a challenge for many people as sugar is a common ingredient in lots of foods and drinks. It is so difficult to find sugar-free options and some people may experience withdrawal symptoms such as headache, fatigue, and food craving. However, there are more benefits to cutting sugar out of your diet, such as improved blood sugar control, weight loss, and a reduced risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. So the benefits outweighs the kind of life with so many sugar around.
One way to reduce your sugar intake is to limit your consumption of processed foods and drinks. Instead, replace these for whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Also, using natural sweeteners such as honey or maple syrup in small amounts.
Another approach is to gradually reduce your sugar intake over time. So starting soon is better than later. Start by cutting back on sugary drinks, such as soda and juice, and eventually reducing the amount of sugar in your coffee or tea. You can also try reducing your sugar intake by half over the course of a few weeks.
So best of luck on my journey! I hope you do the same, with God's help.
