Until we see each other again

I heard his voice on the radio airwaves sometime in year 2000 to 2001 when I was in my fourth year high school days. Searching for truth in religion and about the bible. Eventually, I was baptized in 2002 in the church and keep continuing today. God-willing, come March 12th, will be my 19th year in the church.

I met Bro. Eli personally when he was able to visit a Pasalamat celebration with fellow brethren in Isabela province sometime in late 2005. The venue was F.L. Dy Coliseum in Cauayan City, Isabela. That's before he finally go out of the Philippines due to some issues being perpetuated by detractors.

In 2009-2010, I became one of the recipients of the newly-launch tuition-free program of La Verdad Christian College in Apalit, Pampanga. I took AB Broadcasting, an undergraduate program. Although I was not able to complete the program, I feel lucky enough to part of this noble program. The program still runs until today, including the Caloocan campus in Metro Manila.

This year 2021, after hearing the news about the passing of Bro. Eli during an exclusive session, I feel the pain, I feel the loss of a loving father, I feel the loss of a faithful leader in the Church. But I will still continue until the end, until we see each other again, in the thousand-year reign of the Lord.

My Planner 2021, my plans in life

As January 3rd rolls around, the quest for a planner for 2021 continues with little success. Since December 16th until January 2nd, various malls have been scoured in pursuit of the perfect planner, yet to no avail. The criteria remain simple: an ordinary planner, devoid of any fancy embellishments or overly feminine designs. A plain and practical planner is all that's sought, though a touch of humor never hurts in the search.

The ideal planner envisioned is one that offers ample space for each day's activities, learnings, and accomplishments. A full page dedicated to every day serves as the canvas for listing down the myriad of tasks, reflections, and ideas that fill each moment. With the sheer volume of information to track, relying solely on memory becomes an untenable prospect. Thus, the search persists, with hopeful glances towards online platforms like Facebook, where a solution may yet be found.

In the digital age, the need for a physical planner may seem quaint to some, but for others, it's a lifeline to organization and productivity. With every day presenting new challenges and opportunities, the ability to jot down thoughts and plans provides a sense of clarity amidst the chaos. As the hunt for the elusive planner continues, the anticipation builds, knowing that once it's found, the year ahead can truly begin with a sense of purpose and direction.

I am 37

I am now officially 37 years old in this planet Earth. Last March 12th, I also officially turned 18 years old in the Church of God in the Bible. Since today is my 37th birthday, I will try to turn off my phone for 24 hours and check tomorrow's notification regarding any birthday greetings / messages and others.

Early this year on my Facebook page, I setup a birthday invitation already so I could get as many greetings as possible. So I will be expecting some friends for their greetings but I never require to come and celebrate my birthday.

My achievements so far are to keep studying my Psychology Diploma and finish it as soon as possible. Continue to keep a healthy lifestyle and be financially-ready for any possible out of the country travel again! 👍

My HKT work experience

It has been more than six months since I left HKT Teleservices Philippines. Here's my own story. I was employed by HKT Teleservices Philippines Inc. from December 4, 2017 until November 30, 2019. The experience was great and that I gained a lot of knowledge about being a call center agent, being a technical support and being a quality assurance analyst.

Lunch break with some of the team members.

During my training days for VIPKID account, I was able to meet new faces and made friends with few and another few people to keep until today. I don't want to name them here as long as I keep them as my friends on my Facebook account or as long as they keep me on their friend's list as well. Soon enough during production days, I was able to meet new friends, new people and of course one of the happiest moments is that some made me their enemy.

There were ups and downs of course as there is no perfect company but everything must be managed well. I am not a perfect employee as well. I was able to become a regular employee by July 2018. I also moved from one line to another line of business and finally I applied for QA post and I was considered by my supervisors Mau Bernardo and Richard Isleta, these are one of the intelligent persons I met in the BPO industry as they keep me think of quality.

During my QA days, I meet friends and enemies anywhere where in the online and offline world. That's the fun part of it for me and for them (enemies) that's their worst nightmare (just kidding). I made more friends than enemies in the end.

Me and Daddy Bu for the QA team party in Pasig City last June 2019. .

One of the painful moments is when all of us lost a colleague last July 1, 2019. Others resigned for the better. That's part of our life process and we can't control people to stay with a company. So cherish the moments that you're still with the people that matters, have as much photos as you have, celebrate life together and keep the friendship for the rest of our lives.

Team meeting with fellow QAs with our supervisor Rhoneil Arellano.

So I eventually left the company last November 30, 2019 due to some reasons. That reason includes salary and I have to leave to go up for my bilingual career for the better. That's a good motivation for me to keep up with the BPO industry as a bilingual agent now.

If you're still working with HKT Teleservices, be proud. If you're planning to leave then leave with grace, stand out and be more proud!

122nd Philippine independence day

Greetings to all fellow Filipinos as we commemorate the 122nd Philippine Independence Day! Today, we celebrate the courage and resilience of our ancestors who fought for freedom and sovereignty against colonial rule. It is a time to honor their sacrifices and reflect on the progress we have made as a nation. As we raise our flags and sing our national anthem, let us remember the significance of this day in shaping our identity and collective history.

However, as we commemorate our independence, it is also important to acknowledge the legacy left behind by our colonizers: the English and Spanish languages. Despite the challenges and injustices of colonial rule, the English and Spanish languages have become integral parts of our cultural heritage and national identity. They have enriched our language and facilitated communication, trade, and cultural exchange with the global community.

As we celebrate our independence, let us embrace our multilingual heritage and recognize the diversity of languages that make up the Filipino identity. Let us continue to promote linguistic diversity and appreciation for our native languages, while also acknowledging the importance of English and Spanish in our interconnected world. May this Independence Day serve as a reminder of our shared history, cultural resilience, and commitment to building a brighter future for generations to come. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!

Happy Independence Day Philippines!

Being in a fruit diet

This June 2020, I was able to start a new diet - fruitarian diet. I eat fruits and much more fruits one at a time as I am to keep my immune system more strong and healthy to fight diseases. And in the long run, I feel better and feel healthy most of the time. I feel less pain in my foot as I am always being attacked by inflammation.

Being on this diet, I started to learn to take care of my self in terms of hygiene, social distancing and the unending adjustment of wearing face mask. What matters to me is to keep the immune system strong enough to able to overcome diseases.
